Please call Box Office to discuss any queries – 01451 830 292. Our staff are always happy to help. Please inform us at the time of booking if you have special access requirements, and feel free to let us know how we can make your visit as easy and enjoyable as possible.

The theatre
Boxes B and E and the front stalls are accessible by wheelchair. There is a designated wheelchair space in Box B and in row A. If a patron needs to remain in their wheelchair during the performance, please inform us at the time of booking.

The site
Disabled toilets and parking are available. Please arrive in good time as many of our paths are gravel.

Dining
All of our marquees and the Valley marquee area of the restaurant are wheelchair-friendly, but please be aware that the picnic tent is sited in the meadow some distance (and a bit of a push!) from the theatre. There is ramped access to the Coach House area of the restaurant. Neither the House Tower nor the Gothic Tower are suitable for wheelchairs.

Car parking
We aim to provide disabled parking on the meadow as close to the theatre as possible, and it helps if drivers can identify themselves to our stewards on arrival. We are happy to allow vehicles to drop off and collect disabled guests in the piazza at the front of the theatre, but they must park on the meadow.

Coping with the unexpected
Should you or any of your party suffer injury or illness which affects mobility in the time between booking tickets and the actual performance, please tell us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
