Where Craft Endures, Art Evolves
From a reclaimed Cotswolds barn to a festival of international standing, Longborough has been built with care, skill and devotion.
In 2027, Longborough Festival Opera marks its 30th anniversary with Wagner’s Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg: a celebration of artistry, mastery and the passing of knowledge from one generation to the next.
At the historic Painter-Stainers’ Hall – a place shaped by centuries of craftsmanship – we gather to secure the future of another living art form.
Now, we ask you to help make it possible.
Join us on 13 October 2026 for an extraordinary evening in support of the 30th Anniversary Fund.
Longborough is a registered charity with no regular public funding. Everything we create depends on the generosity of our supporters.
“This is not just a celebration.
It is a vital fundraiser.”
