Olivia Higginbottom

Dancer and Actor

Olivia Higginbottom, actor and dancer, trained at L’École Internationale de Théâtre Jacques Lecoq in Paris, Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, and the European Dance Development Centre in Holland. She has worked with, amongst others, Complicité, English National Opera, Festival d'Aix-en-Provence, Creation Theatre, Fabulous Beast, Compagnia Baccalà, and Adverse Camber. 

Film credits include The Libertine and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Recent appearances include Wild Cherry (BBC), and the installation SALT during the Venice Film Festival, with Olwen Fouéré, with music composed by Isobel Waller-Bridge. In addition to her performance and creative work, she teaches movement and physical theatre. Originally from Oxford, this is her first time at Longborough Festival Opera.
