Olivia Higginbottom

Dancer and Actor

Olivia Higginbottom, actor and dancer, trained at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance London, L'Ecole Internationale de Théâtre Jacques Lecoq in Paris, and the European Dance Development Centre (Holland). She has a degree in Literature from Cambridge University.

She has worked with, amongst others, Complicité, Theatre O, Creation Theatre, Fabulous Beast, English National Opera, Aix Festival, Nicole & Martin, Compagnia Baccalà, Herdeg&Desponds, and Adverse Camber. Film credits include The Libertine and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Directors worked with include Simon McBurney, Dominic Dromgoole, Mike Newell, Josie Daxter, Joseph Alford and Sophie Hunter. Recent TV appearances include BBC’s Wild Cherry. She performed in SALT during the 2025 Venice Film Festival, with Olwen Fouéré. In addition to her performance and creative work, she teaches movement and physical-theatre skills to actors and singers.
