Jihoon Kim

Bass

The Korean bass Jihoon Kim is an alumnus of the Jette Parker Young Artists Programme at ROH where he was engaged for a further two seasons, totalling nearly two hundred performances with the company. He has collaborated with leading conductors including Pappano, Minkowski, Bychkov, Oren and Bustioni; and directors McVicar, Vick, Pelly, Kent and Loy and La Fura dels Baus. Jihoon graduated in singing from the National University in Seoul and Coservatorio Verdi in Milan. He lives in East Sussex.
