Mezzo-Soprano Jenny Hunt is a graduate of the David Seligman Opera School at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
Her roles have included Le Prince Charmant/Cendrillon, Madame Lidoine/Dialogues of the Carmelites, Knusperhexe/Hänsel und Gretel, La duchessa/La bella dormente nel bosco, Hippolyta/A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Sorceress/Dido and Aeneas.
She has also performed Mistress Quickly/Falstaff, Baba the Turk/The Rake’s Progress and Madame de la Haltière/Cendrillon in Opera Scenes and Lola/Cavalleria Rusticana and Wellgunde/Das Rheingold in Orchestral Workshops.
She joined the chorus of Opera North for their '25-'26 season, appearing in Susanna, La bohème, Le nozze di Figaro and Peter Grimes.
