We are delighted that Longborough Festival Opera and its founders Martin and Lizzie Graham will be presented with the Wagner Society's Sir Reginald Goodall Memorial Award.
The award is given to those considered by the Society’s Committee to have been of outstanding service to Wagner and his music. Previous recipients of the award include Graham Clark, Dame Gwyneth Jones, Dame Anne Evans, Keith Warner, Sir John Tomlinson, Sir Anthony Pappano, Bernard Haitink, and Longborough's Music Director Anthony Negus.
The award will be presented on 20 March 2019, at The Royal Over-Seas League. Tickets are available from the Wagner Society's website.
