Attendants will be on hand to welcome you and direct you to a parking space on the field, including disabled parking if required.  Please wear appropriate footwear as the ground is uneven and may be muddy.

Your ticket will indicate the door through which to enter and exit the venue. Please have your ticket ready, or a device to display your e-ticket.

We will not ask you for proof of COVID status or a NHS COVID Pass. We recommend taking a lateral flow test on the day of your visit if possible, and not to visit us if you test positive. Please do not attend if you have COVID symptoms.

Face coverings

Wearing a face covering is now a personal choice. Our staff and ushers will be wearing masks when not outside, and we want you to feel comfortable to do so if you wish.

The venue

Please come prepared and dress for all weathers. The temperature in the theatre can vary depending on the weather – if it is a sunny day it can become warm in the venue, and chilly on cooler days. Hand sanitising stations are located around the venue.

If a performance is cancelled for any reason, we will contact you and explain our refund options. We will also arrange a refund if:

  • you have been instructed to self-isolate over the period of a booked performance;
  • you have symptoms of COVID-19, or a high temperature on the day of the performance;
  • a change in social distancing regulations affects your purchased seats.
We look forward to welcoming you to Longborough.
