Isabella Cheevers


Isabella Cheevers studied at the Royal Northern College of Music, graduating from the M(Mus) course with distinction. Prior to this she studied under a choral scholarship at The Queen's College Oxford, graduating with first class honours. Her operatic roles include Dido/Dido and Aeneas, Mrs Noye/Britten's Noye's Fludde, and in RNCM scenes; Ramiro/La finta giardiniera, Lucienne/Korngold's Die tote Stadt and Tisbe/La Cenerentola. In autumn 2017 she performed the role of Calixta in The Storm, a new opera commissioned by the Helios Collective as part of their Formations Masterclasses 2017, and hosted in conjunction with ENO. Last season she also joined the chorus for Longborough's Orfeo ed Euridice.
