Longborough Festival Opera offers a selection of wines supplied by Toke’s Food and Drink of Chipping Campden, and Sixteen Ridges vineyard of Ledbury. If not pre-ordered, only house wine can be guaranteed on the night.

You are welcome to bring your own wine. Corkage is charged at £15 per red/white bottle and £20 for sparkling. We will supply glasses for you, included in the corkage fee.

White Wines

Ponte Pietra, Trebbiano/Garganega (Italy) £20
Aromas of almond blossom and green apples, lively and crisp with a touch of marzipan.

Bacchus, Sixteen Ridges Vineyard (England, 2016) £24
Dry with a crisp finish. Herbaceous with citrusy fruit, similar to a New World Sauvignon Blanc.

Baron de Badassière, Picpoul de Pinet (France, 2019) £28
Aromas of citrus fruit and floral notes. Zesty acidity and a hint of salinity on the finish.

Pieropan, Soave Classico (Italy, 2018) £32
White flowers, almond blossoms and a touch of citrus. Ripe fruit balanced by a fresh acidity.

Schloss Vollrads, ‘Volratz 1573’ Rheingau Riesling Trocken (Germany, 2018) £36
Refreshing, dry with perfumes of apricots and peaches. Well balanced, crisp and mineral driven with good levels of refreshing acidity.

Chablis Domaine Chevallier (France, 2017) £40
The nose is expressive with ripe citrus notes and a delicate minerality. The palate is rich, balanced by a refreshing acidity with a long finish.

Sancerre Domaine Des Brosses (France, 2018) £44
A fresh, citrus palate and herbaceous notes of hay and nettle. Richly textured with crisp acidity and textbook minerality.

Red Wines

Ponte Pietra, Merlot/Corvina (Italy) £20
Soft, blackberry fruit in harmony with the characteristic cherry blossom and ripe cherry pie characters of Corvina.

Paccamora, Nero d’Avola (Italy, 2017) £25
Notes of violet, cherry and plum with white pepper. Soft tannins and a persistent finish.

Pinot Noir Early, Sixteen Ridges Vineyard (England, 2017) £30
A light-bodied red with cherry, raspberry and earthy vanilla notes to the aroma and palate.

Cabernet Sauvignon Clos des Fous (Chile, 2014) £34
Aromas of red fruits with hints of spice, black pepper and green tea. Silky, generous and broad, with soft tannins and excellent acidity.

Izadi, Rioja Reserva (Spain, 2015) £36
Beautiful black and red fruits with delicate hints of tobacco, liquorice and savoury earthy notes. The palate is rich with a long powerful finish.

Moulin des Chênes, Lirac (France, 2016) £44
Notes of strawberries and blackberries, a velvety texture combined with fresh acidity and redcurrant flavours and a lengthy finish.

Montagne Saint-Emilion, Château La Croix Bonneau (France, 2017) £48
An intense bouquet full of black fruit aromas and vanilla notes. The palate has fine, silky tannins, ripe berry flavours and a savoury edge.


Monrouby Grenache Rose, IPG, Pays d’Oc (France, 2019) £26
Brimming with fragrant red berry fruit with a hint of dried herbs. The palate is fresh with crisp acidity and a smooth finish.

Château du Rouët, ‘Estérelle’ Côtes de Provence (France, 2018) £32
A rosé with aromas of red and blackberry fruit, citrus and white blossom. Fresh and fruity with refreshing acidity and a long finish.
