Longborough Festival Opera offers a selection of wines, supplied by Toke’s Food and Drink of Chipping Campden, and Sixteen Ridges vineyard of Ledbury. If not pre-ordered, only house wine can be guaranteed on the night.

You are welcome to bring your own wine. Corkage is charged at £10 per red/white bottle and £15 for sparkling. We will supply glasses for you, included in the corkage fee.

White Wines

Pinot Grigio, Ca’ di Alte (Italy, 2017) £20
Delicate citrus perfumes, an attractive biscuit character and white floral notes on the nose.

Bacchus, Sixteen Ridges Vineyard (England, 2016) £24
Dry with a crisp finish. Herbaceous with citrusy fruit, similar to a New World Sauvignon Blanc.

El Coto Blanco, Rioja (Spain, 2018) £28
Dry on the palate with aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. A fresh and fruity finish.

Gavi di Gavi, Terre Antiche (Italy, 2018) £30
Delicate with hints of lime on the nose. A lovely zip on the palate alongside a mineral finish.

Mâcon-Villages, Domaine Perraud (France, 2017) £36
Perfumed white flowers and stone fruit on the nose. The palate is medium to full bodied, with lively citrus acidity and flavours of fruit salad.

Sancerre, Domaine des Brosses (France, 2017) £40
A fresh palate with herbaceous notes of hay and nettle. Richly textured but with crisp acidity.

Malborough Sauvignon Blanc, Greywacke (New Zealand, 2018) £46
A salsa-like fusion of ripe summer fruit and fragrant spices, mingled with ginger and lemongrass, jasmine flowers and cassis.

Red Wines

Corvina, Alpha Zeta (Italy, 2017) £20
Fresh, vibrant aromas of ripe cherries and red berries. Bright plum and cinnamon flavours.

Valpolicella, Torre del Falasco (Italy, 2017) £25
Fragrant fruit with notes of dark cherries, echoed by hints of pepper and aromatic herbs.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Clos des Fous (Chile, 2013) £27
Hints of spice and black pepper. Silky on the palate, subtle minerality and an elegant finish.

Pinot Noir Early, Sixteen Ridges Vineyard (England, 2016) £30
A light-bodied red with cherry, raspberry and earthy vanilla notes to the aroma and palate.

Chianti Rufina, Selvapiana (Italy, 2016) £36
Ripe blackberry fruit, red cherry and a touch of spice on the nose. On the palate, it is ripe and juicy but elegant with a floral finish.

Fleurie, Dominique Morel (France, 2016) £44
Aromas of plum, sweet cherry, wild flowers and sage, with silky, fine-grained tannins and well integrated acidity.

Château La Croix Bonneau Montagne-Saint-Émilion (France, 2016) £48
An intense bouquet of black fruit aromas and vanilla notes. The palate has fine, silky tannins, berry flavours and a savoury edge.

Grenache Rosé IGP Pays d`Oc, Monrouby (France, 2018) £26
Brimming with fragrant red berry fruit with a hint of dried herbs. The palate is fresh with crisp acidity and a smooth finish.
